🪪 Whitelist & Visa Control

• Approve or revoke access for any player by their server ID.
• Automatic database updates (users.whitelist).
• Fully integrated ox_lib menu system with dialog inputs and notifications.

👮 Officer Interaction

• Works with either ox_target or classic ESX marker + key interaction.
• Officer ped (or marker) spawns at configurable coordinates.
• Role-based access for specific groups (e.g. superadmin, mod, admin).
• Officers can teleport players, approve visas, or manage status directly.

🛑 Immigration Zone Restriction

• Players with whitelist = 0 are confined to the immigration zone.
• If they try to leave, they are teleported back automatically.
• Configurable radius, center, and return point in config.lua.
• Real-time notification: “You are not whitelisted yet. Please call an officer.”
• Every breach attempt is logged via Discord webhook.

💬 Officer Call System

• Players can call an Immigration Officer anytime via /immigration.
• Officers with permission receive instant notifications including name & ID.
• Built-in cooldown prevents repeated call spam (fully configurable).
• All calls are logged to Discord for transparency.

🌍 Teleport & Workflow

• Define entry, exit, and whitelist teleport coordinates.
• Players can be teleported to the main city once whitelisted.
• Staff can re-enter or leave the immigration zone through menu options.
